Information
on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions
of entry.
Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age
of 18 years other than employees of , Advise, or and their
families, associated agencies and companies.
If
you choose to enter, we will automatically register you
to receive Flower-mail (unless you ask us not to), giving
you advance notice of special events and offers. The September Competition opens at 9 am on 1st of September 2010 and closes at 6 pm on 30 September 2010.
Judging
will take place at the My Flower Shop head office. The judges
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
You
may enter as many times as you like. All entries become
the property of the promoter. My Flower Shop reserves the
right to use any names entered into the competition at
its absolute discretion, and without compensation to the
entrant, except as provided to prize winners in accordance
with these terms and conditions.
Prize
winners will be notified via e-mail by 6th October 2010.
The
prize winner will receive a Flower Promotion Pack,
Containing lots of goodies such as toys and gifts.
Prizes are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions
of Carriage. Prizes do not include accommodation, food
and beverage or transfers. My Flower Shop will not
be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including
but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or
any personal injury suffered or sustained by the prize
winner in connection with the competition or the prizes.
